In support of the work on Venture Design I’ve been doing with my collaborators, I’ve formulated a new series of templates:
Venture Design Template (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Customer Development, Agile)
Business Model Canvas Template
I’ve used these with teams in mentor for applied design thinking, customer development, and lean management; specifically:
- creating personas, problem scenarios, and stories
- validating the above
- formulating the venture as a series of short cycle experiments.
