My talk is is ‘Better Narrative, Better Product: Improving Your Agile User Stories‘:
‘Going agile’ is so 2001 and yet the quality of development inputs has changed relatively little in the past 14 years. Good old agile user stories are still probably the best way to package your design thinking for maximum actionability and testability by your implementation team. The trick is to link them with today’s best practices from product design/design thinking and lean/evidence-based innovation. This will allow you to more reliably channel your most important customer insights into development, and to run tighter iterations against proposition and usability testing.
You’ll leave this interactive session with 5 specific things you can do tomorrow to start driving better development discussions and creating better product.
